1. General Provisions

555p (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions establish all legal grounds applicable to the use of the platform.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on 555p, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, date of birth and password. If false information is provided at the time of registration, we reserve the right to close the account immediately.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You will be fully accountable for any activity conducted from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

As part of the KYC process, 555p may request the following documents:

• Scanned copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following conditions apply when depositing funds to the 555p platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (five hundred taka) — for each method.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus:

• The first deposit after account registration must be a minimum of ৳500.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• Example: If a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of bonus activation.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

5.3 VIP Program

The 555p VIP program has five levels. Weekly cashback is provided at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Through regular and active gaming, you can advance to higher levels. Special benefits and offers are available at each level.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

The following rules must be followed when betting or gaming on the 555p platform:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets resulting from technical errors or network issues will be reviewed and decided by 555p.
• 555p reserves the right to investigate and suspend payment in the case of suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Game results will be determined by the server logs of the relevant game provider.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following conditions apply to betting on cricket (BPL, T20, IPL), football (FIFA) and other sports:

• Bets must be placed before the match starts; live betting is available only for active accounts.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended indefinitely, the stake will be refunded.
• Winnings will be credited only after the official result is announced.

6.3 Casino Games
